Data Analyst - customer trends (Anchorage, AK)

Clearpath Field Staffing places workers with employers around Anchorage. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 169 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in retention and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on timekeeping. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
