Data Analyst - customer trends (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Redstone Wilder Community Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in grant reporting and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on benefits enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
