Data Analyst - customer trends (Anchorage, AK)

Redstone Keystone Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Anchorage serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in card disputes and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
