Data Analyst - customer trends (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ashton Farms and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in grower contracts and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
