Data Analyst - customer trends (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Redstone North Markets and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
