Data Analyst - customer trends (Anchorage, AK)

Nova North Staffing places workers with employers around Anchorage, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in onboarding and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on candidate screening. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
