Data Analyst - customer trends (Anchorage, AK)

Redstone Wren Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Anchorage. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on case files. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
