Data Analyst - customer trends (Anchorage, AK)

Redstone Ember Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Anchorage region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in parts orders and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on service appointments. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
