Data Analyst - customer trends (Anchorage, AK)

Lumen Keystone Hospitality is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
