Data Analyst - customer trends (Anchorage, AK)

Foxglove Forge Arts Center is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 849 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in event logistics and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on school partnerships. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
