Data Analyst - customer trends (Anchorage, AK)

Stonegate Meridian Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Anchorage. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
