Data Analyst - customer trends (Anchorage, AK)

Foxglove Quill Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Anchorage serving households and small businesses, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in branch operations and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on loan files. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
