Data Analyst - customer trends (Anchorage, AK)

Lumen Wilder Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Anchorage. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Investigate trends in tuition and subsidies and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on licensing records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
