Data Analyst - customer trends (Anchorage, AK)

Fernwood Pine Housing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in waiting lists and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
