Data Analyst - customer trends (Anchorage, AK)

Amberfield Willow Property Management looks after rental homes across the Anchorage area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in rent collection and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
