Data Analyst - customer trends (Anchorage, AK)

Bright Drift Hospitality Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in reviews and feedback and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on group events. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
