Data Analyst - customer trends (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Silverline Sable Financial Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in payment disputes and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer onboarding. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
