Data Analyst - customer trends (Albuquerque, NM)

Northwind Harbor Care Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in care plans and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on family communication. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
