Data Analyst - customer trends (Albuquerque, NM)

Amberfield Sparrow Freight Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 598 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in dock schedules and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
