Data Analyst - customer trends (Albuquerque, NM)

Northwind Harbor Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on care plans. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
