Data Analyst - customer trends (Albuquerque, NM)

Northwind Lantern Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Investigate trends in water quality and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on meter reading. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
