Data Analyst - customer trends (Albuquerque, NM)

Northwind Juniper Banking Services is a regional lender in Albuquerque with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in fraud alerts and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
