Data Analyst - benefits caseload reporting (Spokane, WA)

Amberfield Union Civic Services supports county human-services offices around Spokane, helping them manage benefits caseloads. We are hiring a contract data analyst to build reporting that caseworkers and managers can rely on. What you will do • Clean and combine data from case systems into reports on caseload, wait times and outcomes. • Build dashboards and answer questions from programme managers. • Document the data so others can maintain it. What we are looking for • Two or more years in data analysis; public-sector experience is a plus. • Strong SQL and a dashboard tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Contract for nine months, on site in Spokane.
