Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Virginia Beach, VA)

Highbridge Field Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including water quality, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
