Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Toledo, OH)

Amberfield West Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Toledo. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including service alerts, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
