Silverline River Water Authority Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including water quality, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
