Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Toledo, OH)

Clearpath West Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Toledo area, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including service installations, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
