Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Bright Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Tampa. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including treatment plant data, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
