Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Tampa, FL)

Highbridge Fern Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Tampa. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including dock schedules, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
