Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Clear Inspection Services and adding a Customer Support Representative whose main responsibility will be phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including scheduling, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
