Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (St. Louis, MO)

Foxglove Cross Hospitality Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including supplier orders, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
