Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Spokane, WA)

Lumen Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Spokane. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a large organisation of about 741 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including outage reports, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
