Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Savannah, GA)

Westbrook Vista Property Management Group is a Savannah property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including unit turnovers, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
