Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (San Jose, CA)

Foxglove Umber Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in San Jose, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including service complaints, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
