Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (San Diego, CA)

Nova Harbor Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around San Diego. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including procurement, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
