Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (San Diego, CA)

Redstone Clear Telecom is a telecommunications provider in San Diego focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 84 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including field visits, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
