Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (San Diego, CA)

Amberfield Granite Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around San Diego. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including promotions, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
