Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove West Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in San Antonio. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including exhibitions, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
