Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Stone Arts Center is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including school partnerships, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
