Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (San Antonio, TX)

Greenridge Harbor Arts Center is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including event logistics, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
