Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (San Antonio, TX)

Redstone Cedar Civic Services works with county and city offices around San Antonio. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including budget submissions, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
