Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (San Antonio, TX)

Highbridge Oak Banking Services is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including loan files, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
