Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Salt Lake City, UT)

Foxglove Vale Markets is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including supplier deliveries, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
