Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Salt Lake City, UT)

Foxglove Vista Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Salt Lake City area, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including treatment plant data, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
