Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Salt Lake City, UT)

Redstone Corner Medical Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including regulatory submissions, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
