Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Salt Lake City, UT)

Nova Junction Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer complaints, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
