Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Salt Lake City, UT)

Cedar Glen Inspection Services is an inspection company in Salt Lake City with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including client sites, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
