Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Salt Lake City, UT)

Nova Maple Press Group produces print and digital publications in Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a large organisation of about 311 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including press runs, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
