Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Salt Lake City, UT)

Rivermark Linden Hospitality is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including group events, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
