Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Sacramento, CA)

Cedar Sparrow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Sacramento, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including fleet maintenance, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
